Marco president Blake Atkins, a featured presenter at the 2017 NFBA show, shared how Marco has transformed its business and how you can too.
Blake outlined the steps taken to transform Marco Industries from a 24-year-old, family-owned company to a highly competitive sales and manufacturing company delivering “Value through the Roof” to metal roofing customers across North America.
In his presentation, Blake offered his unique insight into the metal building industry’s increasingly competitive landscape. He expanded on why such a fast-growing and changing industry dictates that leaders either constantly reevaluate their strategies in order to have continued success, or maintain the same practices and run the risk of falling behind or ultimately failing.
