Marco Welcomes Robert Carnick To Team.

Hired As New Director of Steep Slope Ventilation Division.

Marco is investing in its Steep Slope Ventilation division with the hiring of veteran marketing, product management and business development executive Robert Carnick. Responsible for formulating and implementing sales growth strategies for the division throughout North America, Carnick brings a successful track record of proven leadership to the company.

Robert Carnick

Carnick has built an impressive resume with senior management positions at numerous companies in the building products and durable goods industries. His experience leading successful product programs—from market research through commercialization—at Horton Automatics (Overhead Door Corporation), Atlas Bolt & Screw (Marmon Group Berkshire Hathaway Company) and others is what caught Marco’s eye.

“Robert is a perfect fit to lead our growth in the Steep Slope Ventilation division,” said Neil Westgarth, President of Marco Industries. “He’s a driven and accomplished team leader who has consistently translated complexity into manageable and executable growth strategies.”

Carnick joins a company that has delivered industry-leading customer service and award-winning products to the metal building and metal roofing industry for a quarter century. Today, those products make up the Marco Weather-Tite™ System—a comprehensive line of products offering easy installation, remarkable building ventilation, lower utility costs, extreme durability, and outstanding warranties.

Marco originally built their reputation on high-quality foam closure products. The company continues to build upon that reputation with cutting-edge products like their line of superior metal roof ventilation solutions. Because Marco manufacturers these products, customers receive consistent, reliable workmanship combined with the remarkable performance of Marco’s exclusive non-wicking, recycled polyester material—material that keeps out dust, insects and pests, while ventilating better than traditional fans, turbines, and louvers.

“Marco manufactures the industry standard in metal roof ventilation products,” Carnick said. “I’m excited to join the team and help bring these superior solutions to the steep slope market across North America.”

A University of Michigan graduate, Carnick has earned both an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Marketing and Accounting, and he holds two U.S. patents. For more information about Marco steep slope ventilation products, you can email them here or call 1-800-800-8590.
