Rural Builder Magazine readers have named Marco a Gold Key of Excellence Award winner for the 13th time. The annual Gold Key Award recognizes the elite in our industry. More than 100 companies qualify through nominations, but only the top 10 percent annually receive the honor. Through a ballot process, readers select the winners based on six criteria: quality of customer service, on-time delivery, product quality, warranty procedures, pricing and no surprises between what is expected and what is delivered.
“We like to say ‘If it’s not proven, it’s not Marco,’” said Blake Atkins, president of Marco Industries. “But this award is confirmation that we don’t just say those words … we deliver in all aspects of our business.”
Atkins was quick to give credit to employees, whose dedication to the Marco quality standards of product performance and customer support have made the company a leader in the metal roofing industry.
