FlexPro is a balanced combination of features from our superior LP2™ and economical Flex-O-Vent™ products. Available as a roll or profile-cut stick, FlexPro features a 40-year limited warranty and our proprietary adhesive for superior hold. It provides the cooling air flow vital to meet building codes, reduce utility costs, and minimize long-term building damage caused by improper ventilation.
Our FlexPro Profile Venting Material vents, protects, and lasts like no other. FlexPro’s profile-specific cut creates a more secure fit to the roof panel. While polyurethane products constantly expand (as they soak up water) and contract (as they dry out), causing them to disintegrate and fail, FlexPro offers 40 years of Weather-Tite™ performance. Its specially formulated polyester—manufactured from recycled material—prevents moisture absorption and holds together to keep out pests. It’s also extremely durable, flame resistant, clog resistant, and tear resistant.

FlexPro is available in 3 foot sticks, 20 ft rolls, and 50 ft rolls. To install FlexPro, simply peel and stick the product to the metal roof, careful to match the custom-cut contours to roof ridges. Next put the ridge cap in place and fasten down-slope from the FlexPro product.
